Albert Justus Hill 1901 Census.
Aged 10 years, living with his father Justus and mother Hannah at 21 Faraday road Acton. His father was a prolific artist, Justus T Hill. He painted many scenes of the streets of Acton in the 1900’s many of which are held and owned by Acton council. Two of the brothers, Roland J and Harold both died in 1918 during WW1. One of them by the action of one of his own soldiers who killed him and another senior officer before committing suicide himself. Thanks to the late Maggie Petch for that information.
