William Walsh, this is not 100% him, however the birth place, birth year and the occupation of Coastguard all perfectly match William, husband of Eliza / Ellen. There is nothing on the census to show his relationship with Catharine below but could it be a family member as he has a family with Ellen, who are we fairly certain he married.
